  My daughter went to vision less for ziess single vision lenses that transition. Our RX is close & I have worn ziess for 15 years. I know what I'm talking about .Her first pair, we thought the Rx was off because the cylinder & axis were very different from her last Rx . She had glasses made twice & still can not see out of them. I have had this problem with Rx changes & high index lenses. Slight changes make a huge difference, no matter what the change is. However, after a re-examination, her Rx was never questioned by the eye Dr @ V4L. Red flag! She had to pay for another exam, past 120 days. Office at V4L said that didn't matter about axis or cylinders. Excuse me?! Do you know how to read a prescription or know what astigmatism is? She had another pair of glasses made, this time they told her she was past the return window from time the first lenses were made. Policy? Where's the fine print in that? So I guess it is OK to just throw out $400 because they have no idea what ziess lenses are. Yes they told her that. Nor do they transition. Funny, because it's what I'm wearing on my face. Shame on you V4L ! More training is needed on your part for what your lab is capable of making. Tell the truth if they can't or don't use a lense we DISTINCTLY ask for. If you don't know, call & ask them! Shame on you. You should give her, her money back. Zero stars. We are talking about your eye sight people. Buyer be very aware! Sickening.

  Very welcoming, they took my insurance for my new glasses and lenses... Great selection on glasses that my insurance covered ...my glasses were done in a matter of minutes instead of waiting weeks...I would highly recommend you go and see for yourself... These ladies that helped me needs a round of applause!

  I love my glasses. They were very professional. Very friendly. And very fast. In fact my glasses took an hour to do. Yes they make your glasses in house... no waiting a week or 2 to get them in...Thank you soo much I will be coming back next year.

  If I could give this place ten stars I would! I don’t know if it was planetary alignment, luck of the draw, or consistent results but Kurt gave that classic customer service and experience that we now take for granted! I was so impressed I plan to return with future business! You stay classy Kurt and management please give that man a raise!!
