  It was one of the worst experiences I've gone through for any appointment .I went to your Ames location and I had trouble finding it because it was in a little strip mall and the sign that had all the businesses names on it except for concept hearing I was 5 mins.late and the hearing test was supposed to be free and $250 to release the r results to my employer and they would not do the free hearing test until I paid up front .I told them my employer would pay for results and than you could release them the Dr.refused and I asked isn't the hearing test free and he got mad at me and started saying I was 20 mins late and he had people waiting there was no one there the whole time I was there and he began talking down to me and even began yelling at me asked me if I was dumb or. Restarted that's when I left .I will never go to concept hearing if Iowa again they where rude greedy unprofessional and only cared about payment for a free exam ...I would not recommend them period .
