- SPSarah PriceFeb 25, 20261.0Dr. Abler never showed up to my scheduled appointment. I give up after waiting 30 minutes passed by scheduled time and the nurse couldn't tell me when the doctor would finally decide to actual show up. I wasted an hour of PTO and I couldn't even get my need medical concerns addressed because she felt I didn't need to be seen. I called The Iowa Clinic Complaint line and they didn't answer. So I guess I have to file my complaint in hopes that The Iowa Clinic would actually care about their patients.
- ASAdam SladeFeb 2, 20265.0Dr. Abler is amazing! Even though I moved out of the area, I happily make the drive to keep her as my PCP. Staff is all incredibly kind as well. Abler and her team have been very helpful over the last few years addressing various health concerns, and have been wonderful & attentive in helping me navigate a few difficult ones.
