StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Waikele offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

This place has really done the job because I don’t think about work and I’m required to make time for myself to recover since I work out 5 times a week.

I’ve been coming over here for 5 months and by far felt a lot of improvement. Sally is the best at setting up reminders on my appointments. Overall the vibe over is great. the place is well kept and the parking is easy to find, right up front. 💯💯💯
