  I needed a good stretch. Body aches about a week if you haven't had stretch but Advil or Tylenol helps.

  It has been nothing less than fantastic and life changing since I've joined stretch lab. Coral is a perfectionist and is my go to girl there. Again, life changing.

  My family and I walk through the neighborhood of Waikele, and, sometimes we like to cheat and buy an ice cream sandwich along the way from one of the grocery stores in the area. We decided to try them out at one of the Frisay Night Eat the Street Markets and enjoyed a complimentary 10 minute session, where we met with Sally and Charice. They were very professional and the introductory stretch we received was refreshing. I found out that my insurance also offers a discounted rate for service on a monthly basis, and the customer service was already there, so it was a no-brainer for me to sign up. The folks who conduct the stretching are great at listening and will tailor your stretching to what is aching prior to your session. I've been going for about a month, now, and have noticed an increase in my range of motion and less pain throughout the week as I go about my weekly activities. I highly recommend a go and invest in your body - you only have one to take care of!
