They spent a lot of time helping me find exactly what I needed. I ended up having an allergic reaction to one of the products and they helped me find something that shouldnt cause another reaction. Returns and exchanges are really easy as well. They were also super sweet to my super talkative toddlers and they helped keep them busy so I could look over other products.
