  The actual dental experience is great. The staff are fantastic. We've been going to Kailua office for 2 years. My problem, and the reason I'm giving three stars is the onboarding process as a parent. I am expected at every appointment to fill out not one page but five pages of updated information for each one of my four children. In theory, this isn't a big deal, and I understand the reason we have to do this; however, in practice, it is terribly impractical with the system they have set up. For each kid, I have to do a two-factor authentication login. That means receive a code on my phone or email, plug in said code before I can even access the documents. It's not one login per family; it is two-factor authentication for each kid individually. Then I have to complete not one, not two, but five pages of contact information, insurance details and medical history. Again, for each individual kid. The system is miserable and impractical. Personally, I refuse to do it before the appointment and call to confirm to make sure our appointments aren't given up. It would be wise to make this far more practical and reasonable for the parent experience.

  I never give reviews, but I feel like it is necessary to come on here and say how much I loved our experience here! As a mom of 3 under 3 they made this trip to the dentist a fantastic experience. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Perfect place to take your children for their first dentist appointment! 10/10 would recommend!

  We scheduled a procedure for my child that was to be done before we moved off island. The office called us to reschedule because they scheduled the procedure too late in the day but they did not have availability before we left island. When I let them know we would be gone by their next availability they assured me I would be refunded and sent our records since we are leaving island. I have been calling since August 2025 asking for my payment to be refunded to me for the procedure and I've been told multiple times they’ll send me a check but never do. For me $200 is a lot of money to just let this company have as the rescheduling was due to their own fault as they scheduled a procedure too late on the day.

  This place was incredibly kid-friendly, and the staff greeted us warmly from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and well-organized, providing everything we needed to be done. My three boys absolutely loved it there!

  Great experience!! The hygienist was so fantastic with the kids. My two year old had a major toddler tantrum while in the office and everyone was so accommodating and kind! Highly recommend
