He was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable of his product. I instantly felt relief from an old foot injury when using the insoles for the first time. That's what really sold me. So far it's been almost a week and I'm happy to say the insoles have been working well. My feet and ankles are not as sore after walking a while with them. Also I did get those "slippers" I wanted too.
