And then was told that I couldn't use the promo because my email didn't work, then was told to call customer service to create a fake email address.

As this was a slight inconvenience, the lady didn’t apologize instead said “ok, what do you want to do with it?” I simply wanted to Exchange for a new one. She didn’t say anything, just processed the exchange. The day prior, she was way too sales driven. Not personable at all. She did more selling than asking me what she could actually help me with. Disappointed in her service. I’d definitely rather go to another location or even another company just because of service. If she showed interest in my needs and what products could help me, I would have purchased more. It would have been a win win!
