  I do not pretend to know the science behind the egg but all I do know is I feel refreshed, renewed and peaceful when I have completed a session - that is good enough for me in this chaotic world we live in! Sandy is a delightful hostess, she has a calming presence and works her magic with the music and lighting that fits your needs. Mahalo Sandy!!

  Sandy, my experience in the Harmonic Egg after and a few weeks Nov 20th – Dec 2nd 2025 The statement that made me realize I needed treatment in the Harmonic Egg was reading “Grief is not a weakness – it is love that has nowhere to go.” This was from Deb oracle cards. I cried hard when I read those words. I felt the pain, sadness, and grief of not grieving the death of my two brothers, my friends who had died, not being acknowledged for the abuse I had suffered, not feeling the feelings of being disowned by my parents and friends. I entered the Harmonic Egg with the intent to release all unexpressed emotions and to fully feel and express my emotions with ease and grace. While I was in the egg, I saw a solid rectangle cube about three inches wide and five inches long and about in inch thick leave my solar plexus area. I was amazed to see this happening. As I left my body, I heard about two sentences from my mom speaking. I don’t know what she said though. When I came out of the egg my word was “Light” and I had a smile on my face. It felt easier to breathe and deeper. When I arrived home, I immediately fell asleep for nearly four hours. What I noticed after my harmonic egg session was: 1. I was breathing easier and deeper 2. I felt lighter 3. I started laughing a lot and a lot and a lot – which I hardly ever laugh 4. The next morning I woke up and got on the scale – which I do every morning – and I had lost four pounds – all emotions being released! 5. One morning waking up I heard my mom’s voice again leave my solar plexus area – I don’t know what she said though 6. People have commented on how I’m participating more in conversations with groups of people – where I usually just listen 7. I felt and expressed my emotions freely – even crying when I presented at World AIDS Day – the grief was real and heart felt 8. I can feel again, and I can share my emotions with ease and grace I feel a NEW Sharon - Being Alive! Sandy, thank you for being the holder/keeper of the Harmonic Egg.   I was curious about the harmonic egg but did not expect a profound experience on my first visit, especially since I finished an emotional conversation with a family member only minutes before the session. After the session, I walked away with a deep sense of relaxation in my body that lasted for many days (I followed the post-visit instructions mostly). Thank you Sandy for creating a space where people can harmonically align to amplify capabilities in themselves for love and kindness that in turn is shared with the world around them.

  As a practitioner of western medicine, I have found that it does not have all the answers. In fact, it falls short, and can cause harm to the body. The science behind the therapeutic, healing effects of sound and vibration combined is well documented. If it can cause regression of Alzheimer's plaques in mice, it can definitely heal other physical ailments! While we're at it, it can heal nonphysical ailments as well! An example I can give is the warmth I felt during a session, which occurred in a small area of my body specifically where I have pain. I have not had pain there since, and that was two weeks ago. Overall, the amazing feeling I had after just one session was unlike anything I'd felt before. I just felt GREAT! I firmly believe energy is the medicine of the future, which is now! Sandy is also one of the very best humans I've ever had the privilege of meeting. She walks you through the session very thoroughly beforehand and afterward sits to discuss the experience and sort of "process" it with you. I felt so valued and cared for. I cannot say enough about Sandy and the Harmonic Egg as an invaluable treatment modality.

  My husband and I went to Maui for our Babymoon in January. I was a bit limited in what I could do at 6 months pregnant, so I was pleased when I found mind body and harmonics. We did our first egg session with Sandy who made us feel welcome and at ease. The session was peaceful and serene. It was a nice reset from the hustle and bustle of the long holiday travel. We enjoyed it so much we booked a second session 2 days later. It really helped us be fully present and make the most of our time in Maui.
