- DHDenise HiranoDec 31, 20251.0Walked in at time of my appt ,and the nurse didnt even look at me,and she said what time is your appt very cocky,and I said 10 mind you it opens at 10 signing in the book their were 2 people ahead of me ,(its not first come first serve) so I assume all of had a 10 am appt, and she said well we will get to you when we can very sassy,ive been coming here for years so she knows me,she couldve said it nicer ,I put the pen down ,there was nowhere to sit ,so I stood out of the store ,thought about her attitude and just walked away, did not deserve the attitude,maybe dont book so many appointments at the same time,or maybe try to smile and be nice,dont think I ll be back..I love Dr Toyota...
