StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Kailua offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- AYArnold YuenDec 9, 20255.0I started Stretch Lab with therapist, Paula Hurley, in October to recover from lumbar spinal stenosis surgery 8 months ago. The numbness, tingling, sciatica and weakness is constant. However, after each treatment I'm able to move better and go on longer walks. My sleep has also improved. She has a background in physical therapy and provides much more hands-on contact than most PT's I've seen. I am absolutely extremely satisfied with her care, and the feeling of Aloha I receive from Margaret and Adi at the door. It's been a remarkable experience for me.
