I get so stressed every time I have to go to this pharmacy. My most recent, and now last, experience with them goes like this: I use NuvaRing for birth control to regulate my cycle. I went to Safeway the week I was on my period to make sure that my Rx would be ready for pick up by the time I needed it for the following week. I was told “it will be ready for pick up on Tuesday after 3pm.” Great. Something told me to wait, so I went in that Thursday instead, only to be told “it’s on delivery and will get here tomorrow by 2pm.” Annoyed, but whatever. Friday rolls around, thankfully I found my Rx # so I decided to forgo the line and call to check on status. “Your prescription is on order and will be available on Saturday by 2pm…” Saturday, I call. “Your prescription is on order and will be available on Monday after 2pm…” I’m supposed to start my Rx on Sunday!!! I get a call on Saturday around 3:30 with a voicemail from Safeway “Hi Lauren, I’m calling about your prescription to see if you want me to order it, please let me know…” I finally was able to pick up my Rx, but now have to wait until my next cycle to start all over. Thanks a lot, Safeway. I’ve switched pharmacies.

I had a serious issue and requested advice from the pharmacist. She came over to the window, but never took her eyes off of her computer screen. She didn't listen to my questions and didn't offer appropriate advice. Worst pharmacist I've ever experienced.
