This is my first pair of glasses and experience with choosing one. I did select one and it came in but wasn't what I expected it to be. With the 30 day exchange program I was able to exchange it for something a little more unique and for me.

Luckily, I had my Rx and she was able to tell me that they could get me a new pair that day. We made our way there and although the store had many other customers as we walked in, she greeted me by name! I picked out a new pair of frames and she told me that they would text me when they were finished in an hour or two. We browsed the mall and were on our way to another store when Jack the optician saw us walking by and told me the glasses were finished and it only been 45 minutes. Amanda got them fitted for me properly and we were on our way back to our vacation. Highly recommended.
