  This gym is absolutely disgusting. Every single morning I come in, it looks like this — water leaking onto the floors, puddles everywhere (serious slip hazards), overflowing trash cans, dirty bathrooms, and clearly no consistent cleaning being done. The locker rooms are just as bad — broken doors, poor maintenance, and overall neglect. It feels like nobody is taking care of this place. And they charge $150 for a “premium” membership? This is a joke. I have attached photos, and I will be posting them across Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, and every platform I can find so future members know exactly what they’re signing up for. I cancelled my membership today. Worst gym experience I’ve had.

  Not usually one to regularly train at a gym but UFC has been a great experience. I’m learning a whole lot from coach Bryson in PT sessions and they have a ton of classes to train and work out in many different ways. I joined with my wife and there’s something for the both of us to stay engaged.

  Terminated my membership and access without any full or partial refund or compensation, and without citing a specific policy violation or giving me anything in writing, when I was training three times a day and set a bench press lifetime PR just yesterday while working a physically demanding job, all because I rested my eyes a few times while doing extended stretching for flexibility and recovery from pumping my legs all day and then pumping iron for hours. I had no intention of sleeping in the gym and have other sleeping arrangements although I am backpacking. They did ask me to get up and move or to relocate to the exercise studio to stretch instead of the turf where classes pull sleds, but at no time did they advise me it was a major problem or a risk to my membership. I suspect some members got the idea that it was a mark of laziness or unmotivating, or contrary to the mission, that I was stretching for hours and sometimes relaxing too much, though if anything my heart points and gains in strength, endurance, and flexibility attest the mission wishes it were me and that I worked so hard I HAD to stretch that long and relax. This is a misunderstanding and may also have suspected I was a homeless risk, though I am just a travelling engineer between jobs and took two interviews at the arm bar yesterday. In any case I have a lot of free time at the moment, am very sober and savvy, and don't have a lot of fungible cash to let get ripped off of me right now.

  Signed up for guest pass, told to come in to try gym, and waited 20 minutes for employee just for them to say I need Hawaii driver license, asked if I could use proof of living here. didn’t want to show me around gym when asked about membership and what they offer. I was looking to switch gyms but Very Confuseing and will most definitely not be looking to go here.

  Best place to stay fit and have fun doing it. This space truly allows you to train different. Athletes, martial arts, and the everyday soccer mom all having separate goals and respecting each other‘s journeys. I used to go to 24 hour fitness because all the break dancers I practiced with went there. Going over to the UFC, I thought somebody was going to punch me in the face as soon as I stepped in the door, but that definitely was not the case lol this gym has the equipment for a diverse athlete like myself to train my sport utilizing the cage has made it safer for myself to practice or consistently. They have knowledgeable friendly staff that I look forward to interact with on a daily basis. working out sucks but going to this gym makes it fun.
