StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Kahala offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- YYYun Yi2 days ago5.0Im so glad I found this place two years ago! They've really helped my recovery for endurance cycling and training! Im pretty sure the usual injuries have been kept at bay and recovery has been so much better by incorporating a stretch a wk or every other wk! There are just some areas that are so difficult to get and stretch masters like Anthony really understand the biomechanics of the body! I recently injured my back lifting and he was able to decompress and help alleviate the inflammation building up in my spine helping my recovery! He's become an incredible healer! I also recommend Kana who understands the sports applications of stretching and active release. Mahalo Stretchlab for keeping me going painfree!

I’ve been having knee issues and he’s very supportive in advising on how to properly Strech certain areas to take great care of my knee and what exercises to do as well. I would highly recommend them for all your Streching needs. They are amazing!!! Kevin is the owner and he is very accommodating of the different types of packages that’ll suit your needs.
