I forgot my insurance card & she was acting annoyed having to look up my information. being so impatient & aggressively asking questions. Very disrespectful & unprofessional. Not even a minute into the conversation she walked away to her colleagues, who were laughing at this behavior, & she then proceeded to have someone else help me out. Guess i was being difficult? Ridiculous. First & last visit here. I have never left a review like this but made it a point to after this treatment.
