  As soon I came in I was greeted with a smile. This was my first time coming here and I was an hour early but they took me in right away. Kat was so nice for taking me early and very delightful to talk to and for giving me the website for the kahomelanis juice clip that she was wearing. Autumn is the one that helped us she was so helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly. She told us about the sale on the frame and picked a frame that I would not have picked out for me but when I put it on I definitely feel in love with it. She has such a beautiful personality that we just started talking like we know each other. Lauri was so sweet we just started talking about our husbands and food. Those wonderful ladies made my day they made me felt welcome and I never laughed so hard in a while. I would definitely keep coming back here for my prescription glasses.

  I have been going to them for the last few years and they have been great! I worked with a lovely staff member named autumn to get all my financial details ironed out and making sure I get my lens' and frames at the cheapest price and she was very patient when it came to the multitude of questions I had. My glasses came in in less than a week where I had another staff member named Lauri help finalize my new look! Their services never disappoint and the energy of the store is very professional and comfortable.

  I am a new mom who let some things slip and didn’t realize until 12am the morning of our 7am flight out to Hawaii to visit family that all my contacts had expired. I immediately panicked. Once I got to Hawaii I decided to call Pearle Vision (my MIL is a patient with them) to see if there was any way they could help me. Both Lauri and Kat, who I spoke to on the phone, were so kind and understanding. They both at times needed to call me back because they were with a patient and they were thanking me for being understanding when they were the ones saving me from a big mess up on my end! They were able to help me get some contacts to last through the trip and because of them tomorrow I will get to enjoy my babies first beach experience with family without being worried I’ll lose my glasses! Can’t recommend their kindness and professionalism enough.

  I am deeply grateful to the gentleman who assisted us today. I was greatly distressed when my glasses broke. If you depend on your glasses daily, you are well aware of the feeling when such incidents occur. I contacted another local company, but they left me hanging. I entered Pearle vision and was immediately attended to. He promptly repaired my glasses within an hour! I am profoundly thankful. These individuals are deserving of more business and positive feedback! I highly recommend you to consider them.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience working with Tiffany! From beginning to end, she provided outstanding customer service and was incredibly informative throughout the entire process. She really took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly and that all our questions were answered. Tiffany genuinely takes great care of her customers, and it truly shows. This was a great experience overall, and I highly recommend asking for Tiffany if you’re looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive.
