StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Kahala offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Much of the aches and pains that I had have either been completely alleviated or majorly relieved and now I can do basic activities much more confidently. For some people who have no issue with cost then no problem, for those on fixed income or more humble economic background I say to you that this is do-able and well worth every penny. I prioritize this over other things so that I can have better quality of life. Stretch Lab… go for it. Each Lab tech can potentially provide the nuance in your experience that will make support you to be a regular visitor to the lab!
