  I’ve read and heard so many great things about this practice, but they never answer or return my calls. It’s been so many weeks. Communication is important.

  I've never felt more comfortable at the dentist than I do at Dr. Wardwell's. I've been going for 2 years now and love everyone in the office. From the front desk to the hygienist and doctor visit, everyone is welcoming, genuinely friendly, and caring. They take the time to truly listen and address your concerns. Extra services are never pushed, which I appreciate. I leave feeling educated and empowered to keep managing my oral health — along with sparkling clean teeth! (Special thanks to my hygienist Jenna yesterday who eased some dental anxieties I've had festering for a while. Above and beyond!)

  Dr.Wardwell and all of his office staff are all so kind and caring! The moment you step into the office, you feel very welcome. I have a clenching problem, which has caused me to crack one of my tooth and some TMJ pain. Dr.Wardwell made me a night guard to help prevent more damage and it has really helped me a lot! I noticed less sensitivity ever since wearing the night guard! Dr.Wardwell is a wonderful dentist and is very good at what he does. I am very glad to be a patient at this office and plan to be a patient for a very long time! Highly recommend this office to everyone!

  Dr. Scott and his office staff are truly the best people around. Everyone has an excellent bedside manner, making you feel comfortable during your visit. Another plus is how clean and tidy the office is; they have a great playlist going while you sit in the chair. Leesa is understanding and accommodating regarding scheduling. Violet is kind, patient, and considerate of your comfort level in the chair. Dr. Scott is always upbeat and is a great storyteller; while being seen, you forget you are getting work done. Overall, none of these comments do justice to this office. I highly recommend you schedule an appointment and see for yourself. They are GREAT people.

  I feel this is the only way to get this message across. Love my dentist, loathe his receptionist. So I don’t know if that makes for a great experience. I asked Lisa, who wasn’t understanding nor being empathetic to what I asked, that I would like to speak to Dr Wardwell who was still there, and she told me no twice. I told her that was not acceptable. This was regarding asking if the hygienist could run on time at an hour vs 1.25 hours. I run on time for things and am usually the first appointment. I’ve been going to this dentist for 25 years and ONLY because of the receptionist am I considering going elsewhere. Dr Wardwell, when you see this, please call me. Since your gatekeeper won’t allow me to speak to you directly because she knows what she did. Will await your response. —————————- I have to say that current events per below have made me not love my dentist either. If he can’t see what’s right in front of him, I don’t know if he deserves you as a patient. Update: Dr Wardwell responded. In fact… he retaliated. I didn’t know that I would be able to find his number and the only reason I posted this was because I felt his receptionist would block me from reaching him and if she managed his Google account, he would see this regardless. He first responded with this: “Good morning CARON, I got your message and I will listen to the message at work and I did hear some of the conversation on the phone yesterday and spoke with Lisa about it. I will speak with her again as well as Darlene who took the initial phone call and Kathy the Hygienist. I will call you tomorrow. We don't take a lunch so from now till 6 PM is nonstop for me. I apologize for the inconvenience and I will speak with you tomorrow. Have a great day.” So he knew I called, that Lesa spoke to me that way, AND DID. NOT CALL ME THAT DAY. Then he responded with this when he saw the above review which was STRICTLY to have him call me with every intention to delete this review: “Caron, I cannot believe that u would so callously drop a nuclear bomb(1 Star Google ever) on me after 25 years in order to get your "message across". I do not normally take phone calls even from my wife at work. I anticipated working things out after we talked tomorrow as we have always gotten along very well. but you're airing out this issue in such a damaging public venue leave us with a loss of trust and good faith that are necessary for a doctor patient relationship. so it is with regret that I am terminating our doctor patient relationship and I will have all of your future appointments canceled. We have emailed your most recent x-rays to you and I would certainly appreciate you taking down that review but that is your choice. Good luck and take care.” He didn’t call me and didn’t work things out. I’m positive had he heard why this happened and why I was upset, that he’d be understanding and make a proactive corrective change. Now I don’t know if I know who he is. My husband asked me if I had ever mentioned the receptionist to him and I didn’t see the point. Just know if you go, this will be a major downfall to your experience. I explained to him that it was only to be able to talk by phone and was before my text. But my X-rays were sent to me immediately by Lesa, the most horrible receptionist ever which is why his last hygienist left. And I STILL stayed. I also have referred many people to him and they all complained to me about his receptionist. When I think about it, after doing Invisalign with another orthodontist, I ended up doing gum surgery and having to go to an endodontist for a root canal. I’ve been going to this dentist for 25 years and I’m sure in my X-rays it showed that I had a dead tooth and needed a root canal and he never did anything about it. He fired me as a patient strictly for the one star review I made only for a phone call. Interesting. I trust you to make your own decisions whether this is a good choice for you or not. Big mistake in the end.
