  I want to recognize Tiffany and Lauri at Pearl Vision in NEX Hawaii for their excellent service during the flooding on March 13, 2026. Even though the doctors had already left for the day, they still helped repair the nose piece on my glasses quickly and with care. Their friendly conversation, smiles, and willingness to help truly reflected the spirit of aloha. Thank you both for going above and beyond.

  “Great experience at Pearl Vision at the NEX. This was the staff working on Monday, March 9, and everyone was friendly and helpful,from the lady at check-in to the one who did the preliminary eye test. Sarah gave me great information and feedback during my eye exam. Tiffany was especially helpful, showing me how to use my progressive lenses and sharing tips and tricks. She also adjusted my glasses because they weren’t fitting well on my nose, which made a big difference. A gentleman there has also fixed two pairs of my sons’ glasses and saved me from having to buy new ones. Really appreciate the whole team.”

  All associates are highly trained at this establishment. They know their products and more importantly they treat their customers like they are family members. They ask probing questions that focus on matching the customer’s needs with the appropriate product. The discounts that are offered quite regularly are real bargains! One’s eyesight is so precious. I remember one of their slogans was, “ Life is short, buy the glasses! …….I wholeheartedly agree.
