Dave helped me on the phone prior to our visit & gave us a lot of good information. Tiffany was so nice and friendly when we came to the store, my daughter really liked her and felt so excited to try on some glasses. Tiffany also gave us a lot of good information about insurance and different coverages for the future. Dave helped us get measured and explained the different promotions to best fit our budget. I loved that no one rushed us and helped us when we needed it. Tiffany and Dave were also so understanding about our situation (budget-wise) and also that I had to take care of my 2 little boys during the visit. We received the glasses order really quick and my daughter is so excited to wear them and see the board at school! Mahalo Pearle Vision!

Laurie greeted me when I entered and pointed guided me to the type of frames I was interested in. Then she let me alone for awhile. No hard sell or re direct. I know she was watching as I narrowed the choice of frame she showed up and assisted. Two different styles and she let me know which frame complimented my face better. Tiffany also assisted with insurance information! They work fabulously as a team. If you are looking for a pair of glasses Laurie and Tiffany are knowledgeable, super friendly and attentive. You cant go wrong! Best retail experience ever. Also Pearle Vision frames are laid out in men’s and women’s section not like the other crafter stores. 5 stars from me!

They knew that we needed to use our insurance and took time to explain each option. We have never had such great service. We will definitely be back again, and it's because of their smiling faces and authentic aloha spirit.
