    I haven’t visited but already giving it 1 star. Got a letter from Idaho (see photo) offering VOUCHERS for FREE GROCERIES AT PARTICIPATING GROCERS for participating in a RISK FREE trial of a MIRACLE EAR. If they ask you to pay a deposit or some other full or partial payment - then there is always the risk of a company not returning your money! The letter (see attached) also doesn’t say what type of grocery voucher; one bag of Lima beans perhaps? Does this look how a legitimate company does business? Couldn’t figure out the crucifix footnote (see letter) after RISK FREE TRIAL - maybe they’re good Christians?

    I received a letter in the mail that was designed to look like a hand written letter from a friend or relative from this location. I dont need hearing aids, but intentionally predatory advertisements are sleezy and speaks to the intentions of this company: to trick you in to buying something that wouldn't sell if it were honestly portrayed. If they are worth anything, they don't need to be misleading with their advertisement attempts.

    A lot times, people who have excellent people skills are not recognized for the excellent customer service they give to their clients. I would like to compliment, Deborah Gonsalves, for her excellent customer service. She is so welcoming when she greets as you open the door and makes sure you are comfortable while waiting for your appointment time. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful if there is any need for help. I am sure she has been complimented from other clients.     The service is terrific and the staff is just great. Rob is very patient, explaining everything in detail and he ensure that all of our questions and concerns are answered in an articulate manner. Debbie is great at the front desk. She is just a ray of sunshine. We highly recommend Miracle Ear for hearing concerns.
