I wanted to repair my glasses for the right lens popped out of the frame. Alexa from LensCrafters helped me. The store was crowded because of their sale at the end of the year. She explained everything to me before purchase of my new pair. Thank you for your service Alexa.

We had such a great experience at this Lens Crafters, which seems better and more responsive than any Lens Crafters location that I've ever been to anywhere else in the U.S. We initially came in to get my daughter's glasses adjusted. We don't live here (we're just on vacation) and in spite of not having any business reason to help us, Alexa W volunteered to do a free adjustment for my daughter. Then, while we were looking around, we found a pair of sunglasses that my daughter liked, so we ended up being customers after all. It just goes to show that great customer service as exhibited by Alexa can ultimately lead to a sale anyway. She even helped us save 30% by letting us know about the AAA discount. All in all, we had a great experience here, thanks to Alexa W.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters at Kahala Mall. The salesperson's name was Eric (same as my name). I have purchased glasses from this branch for many years. Service has always been great and that is why I keep going back. For my latest purchase, Eric spent time with me and helped me select a pair of glasses that I feel is the best for me. LensCrafters is more expensive than buying from a big box store, but I feel the service I get from LensCrafters is worth the extra cost.

I called to reorder my prescription, and I was told it had expired. No one informed me about prescription expiration during my exam a year ago-even though it was my first exam in the U.S.-and when I ordered contacts previously, they also could have let me know so I could have ordered extra boxes or prepared ahead of time. Instead, when I called, I was simply told they couldn’t process the order, with no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
I don’t have time for an unplanned exam due to work and other commitments. This, combined with past issues-such as never receiving a call when my contacts arrived and the phone only being answered about one out of every three times-has led me to switch offices.

Eric was amazing. I originally walked in just to get information and pricing on lenses. I had a lot of questions and he was not only very knowledgeable but very patient with me. He gave me different quotes on different type of lenses and options and when I was still on the fence of spending the money as it’s around the holidays and I really should be buying gifts for others, he found other options in a different brand to help make it more at a price point that I would feel comfortable with. He also explained the type of insurance coverage I had and how to maximize the benefits that I get annually. I learned how good my insurance it was when he showed me how much it covered. I ended up making a purchase on transition prescription lenses that has the quality, scratch resistance, coating, color and quality of the name brand lenses for a fraction of the cost. He showed me how they would fit, showed me different lens and the color options before and after they transitioned. He also reassured me that if I wasn’t satisfied I have 30 days to return them or exchange them. I probably spent an hour there just asking questions as I am very thorough when I am interested in purchasing something. He really looked out for me and made me feel comfortable and although he said I could make this purchase at any one of your locations or over the phone, I wanted to make the purchase through him so that he is recognized for the amazing service.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
