She said she could adjust my glasses free as long as I understood that there were no guarantees since my frames had not been purchased there. While doing the adjustment she explained how they take and file insurance for us if we were to bring our prescription here next time. She was concise and knowledgeable. Most of all she was a joy to talk with and did a great job on my glasses!!
