  Best optometrist i've ever had. Dr Kato is patient, understanding, and will listen to what you need. He didn't push me into any product and cared to hear about my lifestyle to fit a pair of contacts to it. The admin is extremely nice and friendly. And they never kept me waiting when I had acheduled time. Very respectful and professional! Would recommend!

  Called the office for an emergency issue a few months back because I had an eye infection suddenly. But I use 1 year contact wear but because of the infection I was not able to use it anymore and had to call for my prescription so I could get new contacts for the time being before I go in for another prescription check. I’ve visited DR. Kato before and so has my mom. I asked if they could email me the prescription and the first lady said yes and was very nice about it. Waited for about an hour and didn’t receive the email so I called again to check up. Someone else answered the phone but immediately when I asked about it she proceeded to say that they were busy and made it seem like it was an inconvenience or as if I had been spamming them when I had just asked if there was an error with the email I provided them. She then told me after that she can’t give it to me since it needs to be verified with the doctor which I understand but proceeded to tell me after that they didn’t have any history of my data on file. Just seems a little petty and could’ve been communicated better between the staff if they can or can’t do it rather than give an attitude to a customer that is in a tough situation. DR. Kato is very nice and attentive though so its a little disappointing just because the reception staff can’t choose their words better now I don’t think I’ll go back because of the lack of consideration for their customers on the receptions side. Also, never got the email anyway

  These guys are extremely helpful and professional. I forgot my daily contacts at home, just to figure it out a few days before going snorkelling... They are also well-stocked, my prescription is not that common. Simply saved the day! Thank you!

  Really appreciate the staff at this office. Vacationing and forgot lenses...they totally accomdated my need and i am very grateful. Very friendly and professional staff and well stocked with lens inventory choices. Thank you!!!
