I scheduled online with Dr. Iida and found same day appointments. When I arrived, there was a short wait. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The eye exam seemed thorough and conducted with modern equipment. I was interested in getting a prescription to see my computer screen better and Dr Iida was patient while I tried different lenses in front of her computer and asked her questions. Her office was conveniently located in Kahala Mall at the LensCrafters store where I could browse for frames and discuss pricing and insurance coverage.
