    I recently joined BFT and have been loving it! I took my first class during their 1-Year Anniversary Weekend and felt welcomed immediately! Sam, the General Manager, was so helpful during the sign up process and made it super easy. She's also been very responsive to my questions about the studio, class formats, etc. I love the variety of classes BFT that offers! Taking many different class formats has allowed me to feel challenged in different ways. The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly, and create a motivating environment! I always leave class feeling accomplished and in a great mood. I really appreciate that the studio is clean and organized. I also loved how involved BFT is within the community!

    BFT is a great place to workout! I always get a good sweat sesh. Staff and coaches are friendly and willing to help. Coaches are very attentive and helpful to correct exercise form. I always walk out of BFT feeling stronger and accomplished! Highly recommend BFT!

    I joined BFT for the convenience of location and early class times. The member to instructor ratio is great. They are able to assess, correct, and encourage all the members in their session on top of being very friendly and up beat. I really need that because I basically drag myself into class every morning but leave feeling accomplished and ready to take on the day. I made a great choice in joining BFT.

    Aloha! I had been pretty much sedentary since January due to a severe E bike accident over 10 months. Prior that I was doing intense lagree 4 times a week, and hiking Coco head, but I knew that I needed to stretch and do more mobility. I could just feel it in my body. I'm so glad that this was offered. This is exactly what I needed. It's very challenging. I thought I'd be bored after strong my history with fitness and movement, pilates etc, but the class is very very challenging, but not too much. He has us do movements that I would never do on my own. I love the group support. I love the vibe of the studio and the teachers are very knowledgeable, i am so happy that my shoulder is still healing! They help me to modify, so i feel safe during this healing journey, and the stretching is fantastic as well next-door! They make a great baby to really help you open parts of the body, that most exercise enthusiast ignore & need. Well at least most that I know, (wink!) I'm glad they're offering the Kũpuna class for the older generation, wonderful class/combo with stretch lab is amazing ! So generous and they should KNOW they are saving many many the ramifications of a fall for the older generation this class is so valuable so precious, what they're doing is preserving and honoring and serving the community to a sector of people and cherishing them / keeping us all fit, strong, stable so we can extend love and life to our famlies and recreation in our own life ! Thank you now i can contribute more to a harmonious life live the best life I can, and our best self !iMahalo from my heart, mind and body !
