  I had a decent experience with the staff and cleaning but on the phone during the intake, I was told that after my examination with the doctor, I can do the cleaning on the same day. After the examination they told me that I had to wait a couple months for an opening for the cleaning. I got really confused, then they said never mind. They have an opening in two days. I got cleaning done, then I paid out of pocket for a procedure. I was able to finish on half of my mouth. Then I schedule one week later to finish the other half. Unfortunately, I was sick that week and unable to come in so had to reschedule. The rescheduling next opening was seven months later in October. Sad to say I am disappointed. I think i will forego the other half and skip it all together. Sad that i will have to wait 7 months to finish half my mouth…

  Best dental experience ever for my teenager! First time here and have been very impressed from the start. Roni is very knowledgeable, friendly, kind, caring and understanding. Joanne is sweet, gentle and compassionate. Shout out to Dr. Wu who went over and beyond with dental consultation, exam and cleaning! Dr. Wu took time to (1) read report beforehand and (2) demonstrate to my teenager, who just got braces, where to focus when brushing teeth and how to floss. Flossing with braces has been difficult for my teenager, and I’m really grateful for the time Dr. Wu spent teaching my teenager how to slip the floss behind the archwires and in between the teeth in order to floss properly. Dr. Wu and staff are the best! Thank you!

  I came all the way from Maui hoping I could get an appointment to fix my teeth, and they got me in right away like I had been a regular patient for years! That meant a lot to me. The doctor was amazing and extremely skilled, and his assistant was just as great. They both took very good care of me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The staff was kind, professional, and very welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their work. I’m very grateful for the help they gave me today. If you need dental work done, I highly recommend this place. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
