- AFAmanda FarrellMar 17, 20261.0Been going to this gym for a month to prepare for bootcamp. Had to go into the location to cancel membership. Receptionist (young girl with brown hair) was rude when I wasn't told by the person who signed me up that I had to give a 30 day notice to cancel my membership or be charged another month. Told her I would talk to my bank about it and she said "no you can't". I do not recommend this place if you are looking for short term. Will not recommend this gym to anyone.

- JYJennifer YenchaDec 15, 20251.0Horrible policy! I signed up for month to month membership as I am a travel nurse and was only going to be in Hilo for 2 months. They charged me an anual fee and will not refund me even though I was not made aware talking to the sales associates multiple times (at sign up and cancellation). Also they have a 21 days prior cancellation fee (which I was only made aware of at cancellation) I was late on but was aware I would pay for an extra month I would not be attending the gym NOT THE YEARLY FEE. I did like this gym but very disappointed how the manager and sales associate handled this and for the lack of information given and not making it right. Please be informed before signing if you are a contracted worker. Also they will say that it is in the signed contract but the information was NEVER verbally mentioned. I feel scammed.

They still charged me after and said they had no notes in the system of me canceling. Sounds like they need to train their representatives on how to process cancelations. They said to call back for a manager for a refund and I could never reach one no matter how many times I called. Absolutely ridiculous and a scam if you ask me! I'd take your business elsewhere. After reading reviews, im clearly not the only one with the same problem!
