Spent an hour confirming that I was cleared by my doctor to take it, and confirmed with my insurance that I would be covered. They still refused. The nurse was really helpful and apologetic but the doctor seems to think he’s above the law as he couldn’t give any excuse other than “he wasn’t comfortable doing it.”
