Doctors were super quick and friendly, and we got our glasses faster than any other store we've gone to.

Big Mahalo to Sheena and Assistant Manager Billy I have had a situation that was ongoing that had nothing to do with LensCrafters. But I bought my glasses from LensCrafters. Today they sat down with me and went outside of what they usually do and help me to file for my insurance for my glasses that has been ongoing for six months. There is any angels in the world. It would be Sheena and Billy. My only hope is that Meta glasses find a way for it to be an easier process Because, There are many KUPUNAZ Out there that cannot file their insurance claim. I am ready to be a lifetime partner with LensCrafters and to buy another middle glasses with prescription From LensCrafters Pearl Ridge. I would suggest anyone that wanted great service with the comfortability of being held above and beyond come see Billy and Sheena over here at LensCrafters. Where they treat everyone over here like Ohana Sincerely, Alex Amina

My name’s Gyson, I’m from Ewa, I went to LensCrafters today at Pearlridge and it was a great experience. I scheduled an appointment 1 hour in advance, I showed up late, but they still helped me. They answered all my questions about how much things would cost and my insurance, and I did a few exams and it took around 1 hour in total. The technician Christopher helped me get my glasses today. He answered my questions, suggested frames, and was very hospitable. I did my eye exam and picked out a frame and they got my new glasses ready within an hour after I was done! Great time-saver and great service. Thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
