  My 5 year old daughter had her first eye test a few weeks ago and I just wanted to share what a great experience it was. We were looked after by Tina and she was amazing! She was so positive, explained everything in a child friendly way and was very reassuring. Thank you Tina x

  An amazing service. The optician was friendly, efficient and explained everything to me from each stage of the test to the eye scan results. Outstanding! Once I chose frames etc, I was helped and served by an absolutely fantastic staff member, named Lawrence. Vision Express bosses, Lawrence deserves a raise! He was brilliant, and I felt he went above and beyond to ensure the very best customer service was provided. Which it most definitely was. Worthing store highly recommended. Lawrence - total legend!

  A true eyesore to the surrounding area, faded sign, weeds growing out their signage, mismatch coloured walls on their exterior. Raised these issues with staff and was dismissed. Take pride in your shop and show respect to the surrounding area

  I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED, THE PRE TESTS CARRIED OUT WAS EXCELLENT. THE EYE TESTS 1 St CLASS, THE FINAL SERVICE THE SALES ASSISTANT WAS ALSO EXCELLENT, I DECIDED WITHOUT DOUBT THE SPECIAL OFFER OF BUY 1 PAIR & SECOND HALF PRICE THANKYOU VERY MUCH

  From booking my eye test to picking up my new glasses my experience with each member of vision express worthing has been a positive one. I've used them for 4 years now. I required a change of frame as I'd chosen to reuse one that ended up not being suitable for my new prescription. Lianne explained why they didn't work helped me choose a new frame and reglazed them all at the same appointment. Brilliant customer service. Unlike other large high street opticians you don't feel like a number and that at vision express they truly care about their customers.
