  I don’t usually leave reviews but the whole team here is amazing . I suffer with anxiety and rarely go places alone, going to my eye appointment was a big worry for me but I was treated so well and talked through things very carefully . Sandra helped me pick out my glasses and was so brilliant. she spent at least an hour picking pairs out for me that I would like and letting me try them on. She reminded me it’s fine to take my time and she talked me through prices and found the best payment plans for me. I didn’t really expect to buy any glasses that day and was unsure but Sandra and the team are great at what they do. I would really recommend this place to anyone who may struggle in social situations or with anxiety . Thank you 🙏

  I had a very positive experience during my recent eye test at Vision Express and would like to thank both my optician and the customer service advisor for their outstanding care and support. I often feel quite anxious about eye tests and the process of choosing new glasses, but from the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine kindness, patience, and understanding. My optician was incredibly empathetic, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Their calm and reassuring approach made what is usually a stressful experience much easier for me. The customer service advisor was equally wonderful, offering thoughtful guidance while helping me find the right glasses and discussing the available pricing plans. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and help me find options that suited both my needs and budget. The level of care, empathy, and professionalism shown by both members of staff made a real difference. I left feeling confident, supported, and valued as a customer.   As always the Worthing shop provided friendly and expert service. The Optometrist, Peter Georgiou was excellent. I would have scored 5/5 however Richard, who measured me for glasses, had very bad breath which wasn’t nice when we had to get close.
