When I needed additional tests, she made sure I received them promptly and referred me to the hospital for further assessment. She even called to follow up and did everything she could to speed up the process for me. Sam is truly an asset to the team, and her care and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Thank you so much for your outstanding service—it couldn’t have been a better experience!
