I work out of the county 6 days a week, and had need of an eye examination, on contacting the Horsham store, they informed me that they could offer me a sunday appointment, great, i quickly booked the next available day, then between Wednesday and Saturday afternoon i received 7 phone calls, 6 messages left, all wanting me to confirm i was going to attend, this done, i arose Sunday morning, climbed into my pre arranged taxi and began my journey. Whilst travelling i received a phone call mid morning, 40 minutes before my booked appointment telling me the optomitrist was sick today, and they had no cover available ! Whats the point of offering a service you cannot provide ? I am an emergency crew member, we dont have the luxury of getting the saturday girl to deliver the bad news !! DO NOT USE THIS HOPELESS STORE
