  I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team today, especially Jay, who took great care of my mum during her visit. He was patient, attentive, and made sure she felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the whole process. It really means a lot to see that level of care and professionalism. Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be coming in as a customer myself. Highly recommend!

  The colleague doing the eye test was very kind, competent and thorough in making sure eyes were checked properly and correct prescription was made. Good recommendation made me feel I was in good hands and I could trust their judgment. Shop staff was completely the opposite. Sounded inexperienced and was waffling all the time without providing clear indication of what they were proposing, the cost of the different solutions and the reason why one option would have been better than another. Clearly stressed about hitting targets for add ons gave out desperation vibes to hit Thier numbers forgetting about what is best for the customers. Ended up not purchasing the glasses as I had no confidence they were giving me good advice but rather just trying to upsell on services, subscriptions etc. Will go to a competitor where my needs are at the forefront, not the store KPI
