  I have paid about £60 a month for the past 3 or 4 months for my prescriptions as no one bothered to let me know about the prepaid service from the NHS. This is shocking customer service. The last time I went in I paid for 3 prescriptions at the same time and the lady behind the counter didn’t think to tell me about prepay!!! It beggars belief.

  Ridiculous system. Wait in line for over 30 min told to come back to the other side of the counter to collect, wait 15mins then be told you have to join the other queue which is now 8 people long. The whole system is inefficient often taking 2weeks to get meds. Quite often out of Stock. Staff are rude and unhelpful. So many bad reviews, when will someone from management take note and realise the system isn't working. Poorly run and bad for tescos reputation. Also when you try and call Tesco to complain there is no option on the automated options to complain, no option to speak to a person. I tried the main number and the store number. Calling the pharmacy itself is no hope they never answer.

  Every time I use this pharmacy service they are either out of stock or the pharmacist complains how they are the only one working so they can't pick a prescription that was supposed to be ready. And then they act like I'm inconveniencing them by using the service. Tesco, retrain your staff. Customer service is supposed to be important.

  Very bad service never been to a pharmacy like that in my life, they need to change the staff or close that pharmacy down dangerous!! Gave my nan the wrong prescription she had to go hospital I reported it to the NHS
