  What absolutely fantastic service. It's like a GP in the pharmacy. I have severe tonsillitis and got an appointment the same day. Pharmacist was lovely, caring and a tentative. Thanks Tesco Horsham

  My wife urgently needed some Steroids to alleviate tinnitus discomfort. Handed over the prescription on Friday evening and was told to pick it up on Saturday at 9. Duly turned up and was told that the prescription had been sent to another pharmacy across town. When I arrived there it was closed ( NHS closed on weekends) went back and complained, told to ring 111 or go to East Surrey Hospital. The one star is for consistency , always an appalling service

  The staff member I spoke to on a Saturday evening was as helpful as he could be, given that the medication I needed was not in stock. He offered to order it and gave options for other pharmacies. He was pleasant and cheerful, despite being very busy dealing with a long queue. Gold star service in the circumstances!

  Left rudely and I apologise. Tried to get some bloody night nurse for a cold and sinus problem and explained with an eye condition I can't have anything with steroids. I was told you can't have nightnurse as it causes pressure in the eye. They were trying to be helpful but the antihistamine in night nurse as with any many are not good for an eye condition. It's because people use it as a sleeping aid. They knew I knew this and immediately assumed that was the only reason I wanted to purchase this product. I mean for goodness sake if you have a cold and congested nose and sinus problem you want a good sleep.
