  I previously used this pharmacy 8-10 years ago and back then I vowed never to use them again. Unfortunately my husband had a prescription that he needed at short notice and it happened to be the only pharmacy open. I explained to him my reasons for not going due to the high waiting times and told him not to expect it to be ready. I had hoped in the previous 8-10 years that they might have cleared their backlog or got more efficient staff but unfortunately I was wrong. His Prescription was put through earlier in the day, we turned up to collect and were told that we needed to wait 40 minutes. When I asked why so long, they said that they were backlogged and that they had other customers to serve (They pointed at an empty queue line which almost felt like an insult), they do not start to make a prescription until the customer arrives at the store. We didn’t need to go shopping as there was nothing that we needed so we waited at the desk. The prescription came out after 25 minutes from us getting there. Shocking service that clearly hasn’t changed in the last 10 years. If you absolutely have to go, expect long delays even outside of peak times!

  Very bad service. Was sent there by 111 due to an insect bite becoming infected. It was hot to touch, redness was spreading up my arm and it was painful with blisters. They were clearly busy, but they were getting annoyed with customers. They then gave me the most appaling and frankly dangerous advice - of waiting 48 hours after an insect bite before getting help. It was clearly infected and they suggested it was, but gave really dangerous advice. Thankfully i knew i needed antibiotics and went elsewhere.

  I went to the pharmacy 45 min before it closed to get my daughter’s prescription that was an antibiotic, important to start the treatment straightaway. I left without it since the pharmacist was ‘very busy’ with two appointments!! Come on! They need to put different times then to deal with both things!!! I had to come back the next morning
