  Visited the store today to have my new glasses fitted and to send my old frames off to have new prescription lenses installed. My overall experience was a memorable one and i will definitely be visiting this store again.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I attended my eye test on 9th March and paid for a replacement contact lens order the same day. Four months later, I am still waiting to receive my contact lenses. After initially waiting around three weeks, I received a phone call to say the lenses couldn't be released because I needed a contact lens check before collection. I attended that appointment approximately three weeks later, only to be told that my prescription had apparently changed and that I needed to return again a few weeks later. At my next appointment, I was informed that my glasses prescription had changed, so my contact lenses still couldn't be released. Eventually, I was given a trial lens, but I wasn't happy with it. During that appointment, the system was down, and I was told I would receive a call within two days. That was over a week ago. I chased this up on Saturday and was assured that the manager would call me today. Once again, no one has contacted me. Throughout this entire process, I have seen a succession of locum opticians, each giving different opinions and advice, lack of availability of appointments, cancellations. There has been no continuity of care or consistency, making what should have been a straightforward replacement contact lens order an unnecessarily long and frustrating experience. After four months of delays, poor communication, broken promises, and a lack of continuity, I have completely lost confidence in the service. I would now like a full refund for my contact lens payment and will be registering with an alternative opticians
