- RWRemon WanisAug 11, 20261.0First visit and definitely the last. We booked to swim with our 4-year-old daughter, who is already very nervous around water. After arriving on time, we were told the children’s pool was unavailable because two children were having lessons, and our only option was the adult pool. No warning when booking, no suitable alternative, and the lifeguard’s attitude was rude and completely dismissive. The lady at reception was lovely, but unfortunately everything after that was a terrible experience. Very poor service, especially for families with young children.

They were not even serving anyone else or busy for that matter. Absolutely useless. You might as well put some screens in their place and save some money.
