After arriving on time, we were told the children’s pool was unavailable because two children were having lessons, and our only option was the adult pool. No warning when booking, no suitable alternative, and the lifeguard’s attitude was rude and completely dismissive. The lady at reception was lovely, but unfortunately everything after that was a terrible experience. Very poor service, especially for families with young children.
