She took the time to help me choose the perfect glasses to suit my face, and I'm so happy with the result. Manpreet also went above and beyond by finding me a discount, which meant I was able to continue with the two-year plan. Thanks to her help, I was even able to get two pairs of glasses, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Manpreet is a real credit to Vision Express, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for expert advice and outstanding service. Thank you again!

Louise or Loiusa (I think was her name) was the eyecare assistant and was super friendly, knowledgeable too and had a great personality that made the whole experience really enjoyable. I'd definitely go back again, as long as I can see her! It wasn't a laborious routine like I've had before.
