I always find the excellent staff extremely busy. Despite this, when I eventually get to the front of the queue, they are always efficient and professional. The chief problem my wife and I have and had is lack of stock. Often it's "I can dispense some today. Please come back" or "We need to order this, can you come back?". Meaning I have to make repeat trips to pharmacy. A while ago my wife changed to a local pharmacy where shortages have rarely occurred. I am intending to follow her. Come on Tesco, do you need more space for adequate stock?

Shabby. Ordered repeat prescriptions for cancer treatment over a week ago. Went to collect today as I had been on a business trip only to be told that the medication had to be ordered in despite being told it was ready for collection. No sense of shame and no sense of professionalism as my conversation was overheard by all other customers waiting for advice. I will never use this practice again.

Such slow staff. The pharmacist disappeared for 20mins and the two women on the counter couldn’t manage the pressure of dealing with any customers. Ended up leaving after a 25min wait
