I am totally appalled by what I witnessed this afternoon. Some poor girl standing in the queue quite visibly very unwell when the blonde girl Ellie decided to deliberately ignore her on multiple occasions. I know this pharmacy is notoriously bad but never have I witnessed a deliberate ignorant attitude to a poorly young lady in the queue. Ellie tried to embarrass her in front of everyone, shame on you. We will be taking our business to West Wittering , this pharmacy is abhorrent.

Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy at Fishbourne Tesco Extra. While I was standing in the queue suffering through a panic attack and feeling faint, the miserable dispenser Ellie made a deliberate choice to ignore me and serve other people instead. Acting like a coward behind the counter, she suddenly piped up and shouted across the pharmacy in a loud, aggressive voice that she would only serve me 'IF I HAD BEEN IN TODAY', before slyly muttering the exact same pathetic comment under her breath. Shouting over at someone medically vulnerable just shines a light on her vile character further . This toxic, hostile attitude is what you get after being dragged back to this useless pharmacy four separate times due to their constant mistakes. To top it all off, the branch pharmacist sat there and defended her vile behavior. The whole place is an absolute farce, and I am taking this straight to the GPhC

Had a consultation at 8.15 today. The gentleman who dealt with me was extremely professional and helpful and put my mind at ease regarding some rather nasty bites I had.Thank you so much.
