Wow! This place has certainly gone downhill in terms of the swimming pool. Indicative of the times we live in,everything was broken, from the water jets, slides, hand rails and hairdryers, but still only too keen to take your money. No mention of anything wrong,so full price was applied. Shabby. Let me know when the VERY much needed overhaul happens and we get the "fun splash and slides" back. Oh and the water was like soup, chlorine levels high to mask a "refresh" methinks.

This used to be a great little pool but now sadly dilapidated. The rapids both inside and out aren’t working and haven’t been for months according to one of the guards. Everything looks tired Cafe was closed due to staff shortage and vending machines out of order. Really sad to see

Swimming pool grubby and not clean but if you have to deal with any of the back room staff don’t bother. Took 9 days to reply to a request to cancel the direct debit for swimming lessons for my son then tried to say they had not received a cancellation as the swimming lessons were for my son. He is 7 years old so obviously the direct debit is in my name not his but they kept saying I needed to cancel the direct debit in his name. Just being really difficult and unhelpful
