  Love using the pool and members changeroom at the Triangle. The lanes are lovely and wide so it doesn't feel crowded and it is possible to overtake slower swimmers without breaking the flow of my swim. Wish it were closer to where I stay so I could use it more frequently.

  We had a fantastic time at Splash & Swim at The Triangle in Burgess Hill. It’s a great family friendly swimming complex with plenty to keep everyone entertained. There are two large water slides for the bigger kids and adults, as well as two smaller slides that are perfect for younger children. There’s also a dedicated baby and toddler area, making it suitable for families with children of different ages. The indoor and outdoor lazy river is a great feature and adds something a little different to the experience. The facilities are well catered for, with a café, vending machines and swimwear / apparel available to purchase. The changing rooms, showers and lockers also make the whole visit convenient and hassle-free. Overall, it’s great fun for all the family and somewhere we’d happily visit again. A brilliant place to spend a few hours, especially when you want something fun and active for the whole family.

  Poor old Triangle - years of neglect is clear for all to see here. Cleaning is not a priority and possibly non existent, staff couldn't care less. Management are only interested in fobbing you off. There is an endless list of issues here: Pool issues - too much chemicals / not enough chemiclas shower issues - no hot water / no pressure equipment out of order for months on end yet you are still required to pay the same membership fees - if you enquire about a refund or a free month this is met with hostility and told "go to the dolphin". this place is truly vile and i would avoid at all costs.

  The Triangle Leisure Centre has been in a state of decline for a long time, and the problems are now impossible to ignore. What should be a reliable local facility has instead become a catalogue of ongoing faults, poor maintenance, and dismissive customer service. Facilities constantly broken Equipment fails and simply stays failed. There is no preventative maintenance, and issues are left to deteriorate until they become unusable. It’s routine to find things broken, taped off, or “awaiting repair” with no timeline. Water & shower problems The showers and water systems suffer constant issues, ranging from temperature problems to complete outages. These aren’t occasional glitches — they’re recurring, long-term failures that disrupt visits and make basic hygiene after swimming or gym sessions difficult. Outdoor pool closed in summer One of the centre’s main attractions — the outdoor pool — is inexplicably closed throughout summer, the very season it should be most available. Filthy environment Changing rooms, poolside areas, and communal spaces are filthy, with grime and dirt that clearly hasn’t been addressed for weeks. A leisure centre should feel clean - this one doesn’t. Steam room & jacuzzi Unavailable for around six months, both the steam room and jacuzzi were completely out of service. No updates, no urgency, no visible effort to resolve the issues. These facilities are advertised as part of the experience, yet they’re regularly unavailable (and you're still paying for them) Chemical problems in the pool Most recently, there have been chemical issues in the pool, leading to closures and safety concerns. This is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a fundamental failure of basic operational standards.

  Don’t buy the swimming gear. I bought a nose clip for my son- and the staff specifically said ‘do I want a receipt? Because you can’t take it back if you don’t get a receipt’ - I should’ve taken the receipt, the nose clip fell apart in 30 minutes, and the member of staff clearly knew they were selling junk. Shouldn’t be legal to knowingly sell faulty swimming equipment.
