  I cannot thank the Tesco pharmacy in Burgess Hill enough. I was extremely unwell with a throat infection and had been sent there by a previous pharmacy in Hollingbury, who had given me a prescription belonging to another patient instead of mine. The pharmacist immediately spotted something was wrong by questioning the medication on the prescription, as it didn’t match what I had been prescribed. When they saw how unwell and frustrated I was, they went above and beyond. They helped me access my NHS number through the NHS App, retrieved the prescription sent by my GP and made sure I received the correct antibiotics. Professional, caring and incredibly thorough. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. Five-star service and very much appreciated.

  Always helpful staff. Never rude. This must be the busiest pharmacy in town.

  I was told by my doctors to bring my daughter here to be seen the pharmacist didn't check my daughter prescribed antibiotics while waiting my daughter began to vomit, no sick bowls he didn't even get up to check she was ok and was more concerned about getting the old people in for there COVID Jabs

  Bad service and very s l o w. The 'filing system' is so bad they can't find anything.... even after having sent a text saying my prescription is ready for collection. 10 min wait is the norm. Also, they like to get the queue nice and long before serving anyone. Ive moved to Boots
