  I was told by my doctors to bring my daughter here to be seen the pharmacist didn't check my daughter prescribed antibiotics while waiting my daughter began to vomit, no sick bowls he didn't even get up to check she was ok and was more concerned about getting the old people in for there COVID Jabs

  Didn’t catch the ladies name working behind the pharmacy on 01/03/2026 but her attitude was awful, apparently customer services isn’t a thing you have to be concerned with at when you work behind the pharmacy desk, not my usual place to shop but happened to be in the area and needed some OTC medication, instead of letting me know politely that they don’t sell the product I was looking for I was bluntly greeted with a “NO” drove over to another Tesco where funnily enough the product was sold, glad burgess hill isn’t my local Tesco! I apologies if you dislike your job but maybe don’t take it out on the customers!

  I was served today by a long haired ginger woman who had a appoling attidude very rude and extremley poor customer service. Dont recommend this pharmacy will never be going there again. Poor customer service poor attitude.

  Went to collect my medication only to be told by the black pharmacy that it wasn't all there and that I had to return, this wasn't a problem as I shop there anyway but then to be told that I was lying when I told him he only gave me half my medication last time. I was embarrassing as he raised his voice. Anyway I went home got my receipt and prescription to which I showed him his mistake and he struggled it off and when my husband asked for an apology he said no and turned his back.
