  I switched to using this pharmacy after my local one was taking over seven days to fill a repeat request for medication. Good service. Helpful staff.

  I think they just make up their opening hours - went to collect a prescription this afternoon to be told they are closed for lunch, maybe they should state this in their business profile so people aren’t wasting their time!

  I took my daughter to see the pharmacist in the evening as I was concerned she might have ringworm. The pharmacist briefly spoke to me over the counter, had not asked to see any pictures of the rash or examine her at all. He proceeded to give us an OTC medicine, which we took that evening and still no improvement. I have since researched myself and found that he had given us an incorrect treatment which was meant for completely different illness and delayed treatment to my young daughter. No care, empathy or professionalism was shown at all and if I knew how to I would be lodging an official complaint as it is negligence in the best form.

  Rude. I phoned to check opening times and the man who answered was completely rude!! Spoke to me as if I was stupid.
