  Having been with Specsaver for a number of years I have slowly grown dissatified by tham I went to vision expressed and told them what I needed they were very informative they fitted me in the same day for a new test the lady who dealt with me absolutely brilliant

  My eye test felt rushed - it was towards the end of the day so maybe evwryone just wanted to go home . I had zero help to find new glasses so just left after over 30 minutes fruitlessly trying on glasses that i couldnt see without my glasses

  Requested on Tuesday a copy of prescription as one wasn't supplied in the store, received an emailed copy contained in the body of the email, when printed was dark and blurred, after several phone calls to them and customer care, I requested one to posted out. It was received Friday but not signed by the optician, rang and was told the optician is only in on a Wednesday 🤔

  The people doing the tests and examinations are really good at their jobs, they helped answer questions I had about my eyes and explained why theu were asking me certain questions when they seemed a bit strange at first. The sales team were very pushy and this made me feel very uncomfortable, I also asked the sales person if someone could tighten a screw in my glasses that I bought from them last time I was in and they never tried because they seemed busy.
