  I can highly recommend Vision Express at Tesco. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My optometrist Mohammed was very professional and explained everything,also Aga did help to choose fantastic frames. 5 stars for you.

  Having recently purchased glasses from golden square store I was having issues with them I contacted customer services who advised I could go to ANY store for help! Upon going to Tesco winwick rd I was served by JUDI I explained everything to her then for half an hour she was just messing on computer saying no no no!! I can’t do this ? In the end she said go to store you purchased them from ? I explained what customer services had told me but she wasn’t interested why did she waste mine and her time if she wasn’t willing to help me ? Very disappointed and upset with customer service from JUDI I definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using them again!! AVOID!!!

  I recently visited the Vision Express branch inside Tesco, Warrington, for an eye examination and prescription order. Unfortunately, the level of service and clinical care I received was entirely unacceptable. I have now decided to take my business elsewhere. I experienced several significant issues during my time as a customer: • Dispensing Errors and Lack of Care: After a 14-day wait for my spectacles, I informed the staff upon collection that the vision did not feel correct. I was dismissed and advised that this was standard and required an adjustment period. After a week of severe discomfort, it was confirmed that I had been dispensed the incorrect prescription. Furthermore, when the replacement pair arrived 7 days later, no attempt was made to fit the frames to my face; I had to explicitly request a standard fitting. • Administrative Incompetence: I subsequently placed an order for contact lenses. Despite proactively contacting and visiting the store over a 4-week period to check on the status of the order, I was given no updates. Upon demanding a formal update, I was informed that a staff error had occurred and lenses had only been ordered for my left eye, completely omitting the right. • Poor Customer Service: To compound these errors, the conduct of the staff was highly unprofessional. In particular, an older female member of the team was consistently rude and unhelpful to me on multiple occasions. The combination of clinical errors, administrative negligence, and poor customer service has made this a thoroughly disappointing experience. I am happily severing ties with this branch and would caution others against using their services.
