This club is spectacular. The service is always 10/10, everyone is lovely and it has a community feel about it. Ginny in particular is a breath of fresh air and always makes my visits enjoyable. With the new renovation, it’s going to be even better, I’m looking forward to it and would urge people to join the journey too!

This place is fantastic. I play padel there almost every day, and every time I arrive at reception, all members of the team welcome you with a smile. It genuinely makes me feel like I’m on holiday. Especially Genie — she is incredibly kind, always makes me feel welcome, and creates such a positive atmosphere. It’s a pleasure coming here every day.

After being members of the club for over 11 years, introducing all 7 of our family members as well as several friends to the club they have decided that due to an illness that means my husband cannot remain a member they are going to increase my membership fee from £99 to £130 pm. My husband has kindly asked them to retain the original fee but they have come back with some “ computer or management says no” answer. I am very disappointed, the staff at Warrington are superb it’s a shame that the corporate section of the team don’t have the same values and seem to be purely motivated by profit and not customer loyalty or service. Not sure if I’ll stay.

Very disappointed with my experience of cancelling our membership at this gym.
When we joined, there was no clear explanation that after the initial term, the membership would continue indefinitely and require three full calendar months' notice to cancel. We only discovered this when we decided to leave and were informed that we would need to continue paying for another three months at a cost of approximately £564. Three months notice period is day light robbery and a months notice is more than sufficient.
While the club has since pointed us to the terms and conditions, which are very ambiguous, and to an agreement, the reality is that such a significant cancellation policy should be made explicitly clear and highlighted during the sales process which it was not! It was sold using misleading advice and if this had been properly explained, it would certainly have influenced our decision to join.
What makes this even more frustrating is that during long periods of time when we were unable to use the club, there was no proactive contact or support from the membership team. Yet when it came to collecting additional fees through the notice period, the terms are being enforced without flexibility.
The facilities themselves may be good, but the way memberships and cancellations are handled feels misleading and leaves a very sour ending to what should have been a straightforward process. We would have looked at rejoining in the future once our circumstances allowed us to, but not after this. We have been members for years at this club however we would strongly encourage anyone considering joining to carefully review the cancellation terms and ask specifically about notice periods before signing up.
Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not recommend joining.

If you have children and are considering joining, I would think carefully before doing so.
My family and I have been members for several years, paying over £305 per month for our membership and regularly spending additional money at the club. Despite this, I was recently treated in a manner that I found unprofessional and unacceptable by a member of staff.
What disappointed me most was not only the incident itself, but the lack of response afterwards. I submitted a formal complaint and, at the time of writing, it has not even been acknowledged.
For a premium club that promotes itself as a family-friendly environment, I expected far higher standards of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that this is not the environment I wish to continue bringing my children to.
As a result, I have cancelled my family’s membership after several years with the club. This was not a decision I took lightly, but the way this matter has been handled left me with little confidence that member concerns are taken seriously.
