    Dreadfull service. They dont communicate if they dont have items. And never answer the phone. My advise dont go there. I have switched to cohens in Pensby first classs service.

    Today I was told that a prescription sent over by my GP to Tesco Pharmacy Heswall would be ready to collect. It wasn’t and was told by unfriendly staff to come back in 30 minutes. Poor customer support and will try to avoid in future.

    Really helpful advice from the pharmacist who identified possible kidney infection and insisted the patient went immediately to a doctor. She was right.

    Shocking customer service and useless. I was initially told prescription hadn't been sent despite fact GP out of hours having sent it midnight in front of me. When she actually bothered to check again she magically found the prescription but then they didn't have the medication in. Suggested I go elsewhere and it may be wise to call ahead to check first as if it was my fault they didn't have it in
