  Took 2 pairs of glasses in for repair, 1 fixed straight away, second pair sent of for repair, asked about cost said they were still under guarantee, so no charge, great service

  Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable and I felt at ease asking them questions and explaining everything to me. The prices of glasses are affordable and I was not pushed into buying something I didn't want. Cannot fault anything about my visit.

  I love Vision express at Bidston Tesco the girls are lovely they go out of there way to help you and are very professional and they know there stuff

  I have been into this Vision Express store in Tesco Bidston 3 times over the last few months, and every time I have been looked after by Michael Sayonas (FBDO). He has been absolutely brilliant, what a lovely man. He is very knowledgeable and went the extra mile throughout the process of me needing my first pair of glasses. My first pair of glasses fell apart and I revisited the store and Michael fixed them promptly. After leaving I decided I wasn’t happy with the glasses after a couple of months and therefore returned to exchange them for something new, this was no issue to Michael, he simply helped me pick something new and made the whole experience a very nice one. Michael clearly works very hard and is very good at his job, thank you 🙌
