Very attentive ladies working here at Bidston Vision Express. Professional, and very informative during eye test, communicating what to expect next etc and just really authentically helpful. No push to choose glasses quickly. Gave me the time I needed whilst trying every single pair of frames on :) Would recommend. Going to make an appointment with Nikkita for my Son to have his eyes tested here. In a world where so many stores offer zero or very limited personal service, this place excells because of the lovely people working here. :) Happy Customer

Brilliant service brilliant staff. Have always used pyramids store but service there has changed dramatically over the 2years and not for the better, wouldn't go back there.

When I arrived for my appointment I was met by Lorraine who told me what was going to happen and advised me the Optometrist who would be looking after me was Yaseen Patel. Throughout my visit I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of both staff members and I would like to say it was the most enjoyable and informative eye examination I have ever had. Needless to say I will not be going anywhere else for my eye care in the future. Thank you Paul
