  Absolutely excellent customer service from start to finish at Vision Express! We were first greeted by Michael and Holly, who were both so friendly and welcoming, and then had our eye test with Vanisha. The whole experience was brilliant. They took the time to talk us through the changes in our eyesight, different styles of glasses, AI glasses and the payment plans available, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. They were also incredibly patient with our little one, especially when he decided he absolutely did not want to try his glasses on so they could measure them! Michael and Holly handled it so well and made the whole experience much easier. A huge thank you to the whole team for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one. Excellent customer service all round and highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Very quick . Opposition was very keen and explained the procedure as he did it . The ladies were very nice . Very informative. I would say try vision express.
