  Nothing is too much trouble to the staff at this pharmacy. They're the most helpful, quick and efficient staff I have ever experienced at a chemist. Well done Tesco.

  Waited 20 mins before we were even acknowledged. A further 20 for the prescription and half of which was our of stock. 3 staff in the back putting away a delivery and one staff on counter.

  Will sit on your script indefinitely if out of stock and unable to supply. Won't make any attempt to contact you to make you aware. "Just too busy to do that sort of thing" Use a local independent instead.

  Most of the staffs attitude absolutely stinks i have just came out of a doctors appointment with my very poorly son he needed medication we left the doctors head to tesco to pick his prescription up to get told " it won't be ready until tomorrow when I told her he's poorly and the doctor said he needs to start it soon as her response was " WELL HE CANT JUST JUMP THE CUE" she wasnt concerned that the doctor told me to collect and start his medication straight away she's going to end up killing someone one day by making poorly people who's just walked out the doctors and been giving a prescription waiting until she's ready absolutely jokes she needs to watch her tone and how she responds to people too

  Was very disappointed with the service of the Pharmacy at Tescos Bidston. So rude! When requesting a prescription was told 'don't know anything about it you will have to speak to him' and she just turned around and walked off! Then I spoke to whom I presume was the chemist and he went to the computer then the rude woman who had spoken to me earlier came over and said 'he hasn't dealt with it yet, go and sit down and wait! So I enquired if I could instead do some shopping whilst waiting to which the reply was 'do what you want!'
