- BHbarry hallFeb 13, 20252.0I was passing the shop and dropped in to make an appointment. When I went the audiologist was friendly but a bit over chatty. I was told that I needed to soften earwax and I bought a spray to do this. I initially wanted a hearing test. On my next visit I was told that the earwax removal machine had broken so I was given another appointment. I went to another audiologist and had it done immediately. I can only go by my experience and it was a good outcome for me.
