  Absolutely terrible pharmacy - doesn’t even deserve 1 star. On the rare occasion a notification is sent, prescriptions are NEVER ready for collection and you still have to wait whilst they are made up. If you ask if a prescription is ready & you say no message has been received, they give you a dirty look. Always long queues to be told to go back in 10 minutes, having stood there for longer than that already. They need to shut it down. Never answer the phone, and don’t come to the counter to serve you even though they can see you as we can see them just chatting. On one occasion I was stood at the pharmacy & the ignorant person behind the counter was stooping down talking to another colleague about babies then stood up and walked away, I then knocked hard on the counter to be told she hadn’t seen me & was very very rude. I have complained to them, but this has not improved the service. My husband went to collect his prescription after not hearing anything for over a week, to be told his prescription had been sent to a totally different pharmacy without notification. Upon investigating with our GP surgery, we discovered that Tesco pharmacy had changed our default pharmacy - this was done without any authorisation from ourselves.

  Just got back from the main Tesco store in Redditch. I was served at the Pharmacy counter by an extremely rude and combative man who clearly has misogynistic tendencies. I did not appreciate his attitude towards me and came away feeling upset and let down. When we are all being encouraged to go to see pharmacists instead of the GP, he certainly did not present me with an approachable or helpful demeanor.

  Went to buy Covid tests. Didn’t realise until I got home that they had actually given my influenza tests. I should have checked they were correct at the time but would assume a competent pharmacist would give the correct tests. Hopefully it won’t be a life changing mistake Tesco pharmacy

  Used to be a good pharmacy. The last few months have been dreadful. Taking 4+ days to do a prescription after the Gp sends it through unless you go in and ask for it and queue for 45 minutes! Can't call them as they NEVER answer the phone. My GP sent through a prescription this morning, my other half went to collect it after work to be told they hadn't got it. Then had to call the GP again and get the barcode and go back again, then they "found" it! I can see there's numerous people leaving negative reviews, it's about time management sorted it out

  Every time the service is terrible at the pharmacy counter. The counter is clearly understaffed, and the staff that are there hide around the corner ignoring queuing customers, it then takes them ages to dispense medicines.
