  Shocking service was told had to wait so went back after 20 minutes only to be told they hadn’t got the dosage we needed in stock. The pharmacy technician hadn’t even checked the prescription correctly. He saw us staring there waiting for a good ten minutes when we returned and didn’t say a thing. Won’t use again. Had to have prescription returned and go to boots - much more efficient

  Great bunch of very helpful staff who went out of their way today to get my prescription from my GP and fill it for me in 20 mins... otherwise I'd have been without my painkillers and sleeping tablets. My most grateful thanks to you all from .. Robert

  Absolutely shocking dispensing of tablets from this amateur & completely unprofessional pharmacy! For a start they’re mixing different brands of the same medication which really annoys me & gives me a complex that the medication won’t work in my body as it’s supposed to. In addition they cut the packs up into weird ways like in the photos attached so there’s 1 tablet, 2 tablets, 6 tablets, 7 tablets & 10 tablets for a simple 28 day prescription of one medication & as you can see in the photos they’re all different brands of the same medication. I do NOT like or appreciate being given different brands of the same medication & I do not like the way they cut the strips up either. For this reason I will be getting my future prescriptions from Pharmacy2U who always send the same brand medication & don’t cut the tablet strips up. Your pharmacy needs to fix up & I’ll be coming in to speak to your manager about it today about why you’re psychologically screwing with people with severe mental health issues. 😡

  Twice now they have been terrible, the service was awful made me wait 1 hour when they said it would take 15 mins. Then I had to go back because of course they didn't have my full prescription and then told o had to wait an 1 hour because they were closing and the pharmacist had many many to check before me.

  Such a disorganised pharmacy and have to say this is by far the worst one I have ever used, it’s such a shame the one in Sainsbury’s closed, so much more friendly and efficient.
